📋 Description

• Support the Vice President, Procurement with administrative coordination, P2P activities, reviews, evaluations, follow-up actions, and procurement communications • Support the Procurement Manager by collecting and analyzing spend, supplier, pricing, and category data and preparing summaries and recommendations • Coordinate RFx activities, including gathering requirements, preparing documents, supporting RFI, RFP, and RFQ launches, and tracking responses, clarifications, deadlines, and approvals • Assist with real estate, travel, fleet, facilities, operating supplies, logistics, and other procurement categories through research, benchmarking, evaluations, and stakeholder coordination • Support requisitions, purchase orders, invoice issue resolution, trackers, reports, dashboards, presentations, and procurement file maintenance • Assist with supplier evaluations, bid comparisons, savings validation, sourcing implementation, and action-item follow-up • Support supplier relationship and performance reviews by compiling reports, issues, action items, and evaluation information • Coordinate supplier review meetings, collect information, document decisions, and track agreed actions • Review supplier reporting to help validate SLAs, pricing, and key performance indicators • Maintain issue logs, follow up on open items, and escalate material concerns • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 2-3 years of procurement-related experience • Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual and dynamic environment • Detail-oriented and comfortable working on your own initiative • Excellent MS Office Excel skills, including creating and manipulating pivot tables • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with eSourcing and eBuying tools • Familiarity with SharePoint • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans • Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and key stakeholders • Ability to influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships • Ability to provide excellent customer service • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
