• **Key Responsibilities** • - Define and oversee the technical strategy of the organization, aligning it with business goals and market opportunities. • - Lead the integration of AI and no-code tools into our existing workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability. • - Assess new technologies and platforms, ensuring that we stay ahead of trends and leverage the best solutions available. • - Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. • - Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and scalable. • - Communicate technology strategy to partners, stakeholders, and the board of directors. • - Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
• **Skills and Qualifications** • - 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in startup or high-growth environments. • - Proven expertise in AI technologies and their application in business solutions. • - Strong experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Dify, Bubble, Webflow, etc.). • - Experience developing tech strategy, architecture, and implementation plans. • - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and product lifecycles. • - Excellent leadership and people management skills; able to inspire and mentor tech teams. • - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. • - Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills; able to make data-driven decisions. • - Experience working in healthtech or related fields is a significant plus.
