📋 Description

• Lead marketing strategy and brand positioning across all Shae Group verticals. • Create and optimize high-converting funnels and paid ad campaigns. • Manage all paid media buys and continuously optimize ROAS. • Drive community growth across major social platforms and private groups. • Secure PR, media, and thought leadership opportunities. • Embed AI automation into every marketing workflow. • Provide clear reporting and dashboards on ROI and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred) • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in tech, health, wellbeing, or related sectors • Proven track record in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth • Expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools for ads, content creation, analytics, automation, and PR • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and X • Strong skills in brand positioning, demand generation, and growth marketing • Advanced ability in marketing analytics, funnel optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting • Experience in securing PR opportunities and managing brand reputation • Demonstrated success in scaling and engaging online communities • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

🏖️ Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $1,500 – $2,500 per month. • Performance Incentives: USD $2,500 – $4,500 per month tied to revenue growth, conversions, and engagement metrics. • Opportunity for agency engagement or a long-term leadership pathway.
