• Architect and run the business operating model & OKRs • Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM → Marketing Ops → Success/Support → Billing & Collections) • Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) • Ensure every funnel, program, or product integrates cleanly into the architecture
🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience in AI/tech services • Experience in scaling operations at AI or tech companies • Fluent in security & compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) • Experience with RevOps and service-management programs • Ability to translate strategy into quantified, trackable OKRs/KPIs
