• Generate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover. • Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity. • Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure. • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance. • Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills. • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English. • Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales (nice-to-have) • Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales (nice-to-have)
• Commission-based (10% on all products & services) • Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%) • Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) • Standard commission (10%) and bonuses • Paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs
