📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones and ongoing KPI tracking. • Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs and renewal cadences (AI-assisted); maintain audit-ready contract register. • Collaborate with Finance on billing/collections and with Product/Execution on delivery, escalating risks proactively. • Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins and partner enablement/training where needed. • Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention/renewal outcomes. • Strong commercial instincts—experience with renewals, billing coordination and collections workflows. • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation skills, and familiarity with CRM and contract registers. • Nice-to-have: Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships. • Familiarity with NRR/NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs.

🏖️ Benefits

• Base fee: USD $750 - $1000 per month (depending on experience). • Performance incentives: Annual bonus for KPI over-performance • Independent Contractor status only. • Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. • Invoicing monthly. • No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
