• Construir e manter jornadas de relacionamento e campanhas automatizadas em plataformas de marketing automation (ex.: RD Station, Klaviyo, eDrone, Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, entre outras). • Configurar, programar e monitorar réguas de comunicação multicanal (e-mail marketing, SMS, push notifications, etc.). • Segmentar bases de contatos e realizar acionamentos estratégicos de acordo com o funil de relacionamento. • Analisar dados e performance das réguas e disparos, gerando relatórios periódicos e apresentando resultados e oportunidades de melhoria para os clientes. • Documentar processos e automações criadas, garantindo organização e escalabilidade. • Atuar em parceria com times de mídia, conteúdo e atendimento para alinhar estratégias de comunicação.
• Experiência prática com ferramentas de CRM/automação (RD Station, Klaviyo, eDrone, etc.) • Vivência em configuração de réguas e jornadas de relacionamento dentro das plataformas. • Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e sugerir otimizações. • Experiência prévia em agência de performance ou em atendimento direto a clientes. • Perfil organizado, proativo e orientado a resultados.
