📋 Description
• Responsible for coordinating major project elements including issue identification and resolution, roadmap, capability development, training, implementation, and sustainability in support of clinical quality improvement activities • Participate as a contributor, providing systematic support for major projects, and lead smaller, well-defined projects • Provides support to develop and achieve metrics to demonstrate successful performance post-implementation • Provide administrative and logistical support for the maintenance and accountability of process improvement programs
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree in science, arts, or applied science • Completed course work in project management • 5 Years of healthcare experience in project planning, scheduling, and implementation of quality improvement methodologies • Experience with giving oral and written presentations • Must be experienced in multi-tasking concurrent projects and working within deadlines, establishing priorities, following through on projects, and working collaboratively with others • Driver's License - CA Department of Motor Vehicles -REQUIRED • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is required within 6 months of hire
