• Solving problems and designing solutions for prospective and existing clients • Leading workshops and requirements gathering sessions for new projects • Collaborating closely with the wider technical team • Working with project managers and team leaders to scope and estimate projects • Producing and approving comprehensive documentation • Architecting new marketing platforms and supporting solutions • Assisting clients on data engineering & analytics tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English • Background in consulting in the SAAS industry • Experience with onboarding clients to SAAS platforms • A good understanding of data manipulation and integration in SAAS • Familiarity with web technologies, internet environments, email software, ecommerce, web analytics, APIs, and application service providers
