📋 Description

• Facilitate daily virtual onboarding and training sessions for new relational organizers using video conferencing platforms. • Guide trainees through the setup and use of organizing tools, including relational organizing software and mobile applications. • Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for common platform, login, and account issues. • Answer participant questions regarding program policies, workflows, and organizing best practices. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• At least one cycle of campaign experience, preferably in a staff or volunteer training capacity - Preferably relational organizing utilizing REACH. • Extremely organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and processes • Versatile and eager to learn new skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, collegial attitude • Ability to think and act creatively and flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment • Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, which can be expected to require 40+ hours per week during peak times in the summer and fall, and may include evenings and weekends • Must possess a cell phone, laptop, and reliable internet • Familiarity with Google Suite and REACH is preferred.
