• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Microsoft Services practice, focusing on innovative technologies and solutions • Establish and maintain best practices for Microsoft platform and infrastructure implementation • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction • Lead the development of service offerings related to modern workplace, Azure cloud, AI and data platforms • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams of technical professionals, including engineers & architects • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into comprehensive technical solutions • Oversee the successful execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Drive the growth of professional services revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a technology services organization, with a focus on Microsoft solutions • Deep understanding of enterprise technology platforms including, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Sharepoint Online, Windows 365 and Azure infrastructure • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing technical services teams • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex projects • Strong understanding of RTO and RPO as it relates to disaster recovery • Experience with data platforms & AI applications • Experience with infrastructure as code • Previous experience with IT management or technical sales management • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events • Ability to travel 25%
