📋 Description

• Manage deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, and reporting • Ensure smooth communication with regional teams • Maintain high operational standards • Process and reconcile client deposits and withdrawals • Prepare daily and weekly cash flow reports • Track and analyze financial operations performance • Ensure accurate balance tracking and communicate updates with global teams • Draft monthly and quarterly transaction projections and actively discuss them with management • Support treasury duties and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact smoothly with global teams • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Ability to work independently and handle rotating shifts, including overnight and weekends • 2 to 3+ years of experience in financial operations • Full fluency in Mandarin • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
