📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth audits of client omnichannel marketing programs • Analyze cross-channel metrics holistically • Synthesize findings into clear, prioritized strategic recommendations • Design multi-touch customer journey strategies across the full lifecycle • Develop channel orchestration plans • Advise clients on how paid media, organic social, and owned channels should work together • Lead creative briefing for cross-channel campaigns • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients • Mentor junior strategists

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in omnichannel or lifecycle marketing strategy • Demonstrated experience designing and advising on multi-channel marketing strategies • Familiarity with leading marketing automation and CRM platforms • Experience gained within a consulting or agency environment • Strong cross-channel diagnostic skills • Journey design fluency • Creative brief writing and ability to translate strategy into actionable creative direction
