📋 Description

• Take ownership of reliability, availability, and operational health for a regulated healthcare marketplace platform • Mentor a mid-level engineer and help shape the growing reliability function • Work across cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code to keep the platform reliable and auditable • Write production automation and perform daily scripting • Partner with a sibling engineering team and transition operational support to the reliability function

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience running production infrastructure in the cloud • Experience with container orchestration and infrastructure-as-code • Ability to debug real incidents under pressure, not just follow a runbook • Strong scripting/automation ability in at least one general-purpose language • Ability to operate with significant autonomy and make and defend judgment calls without constant management oversight • Experience mentoring other engineers • Legally permitted to work in Poland
