📋 Description

• Lead complex Business Intelligence projects from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision. • Design, build, and optimise dashboards used by senior leadership and Revenue Operations. • Develop and maintain high-quality SQL models within Snowflake. • Work closely with Revenue Operations to deliver reporting across pipeline, bookings, ARR, CARR, churn, expansion, forecasting, and sales performance. • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Shiftmove's GTM reporting ecosystem, ensuring data is accurately mapped into our existing Snowflake and Tableau environment. • Partner with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accurately reflects commercial processes. • Validate business rules, investigate data discrepancies, and maintain trusted reporting. • Document data models, business logic, and reporting standards to ensure long-term maintainability. • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and self-service capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles. • Strong commercial analytics experience within a SaaS business. • Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market organisations, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. • Expert-level Tableau development. • Advanced SQL skills with experience working in Snowflake. • Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and commercial data models. • Experience delivering executive reporting for sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, renewals, churn, and expansion. • Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions. • Able to independently own projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery. • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail. • English C1
