📋 Description

• Own workflows end-to-end with Product and Engineering, from evaluating necessity through shipping and measuring outcomes • Visit warehouses to observe workers and use those observations to inform design decisions • Design dynamic, context-aware flows for scanners, mobile, desktop, and hardware-integrated surfaces • Advance the design system so it scales across platforms and surfaces • Use AI tools to improve shipped products and determine where AI is helpful versus obstructive • Collaborate with Product and Engineering through the design and delivery process • Participate in customer visits • Conduct portfolio, problem-solving, and product-and-engineering interview conversations as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Buenos Aires • Valid visa or ESTA to enter the US • 5+ years designing digital products • Fluency in Figma • Portfolio demonstrating simplification of complicated workflows and data-heavy interfaces • Experience integrating AI-driven features • Ability to work without pixel-perfect specifications and iterate quickly • Ability to understand complete systems while attending to interface wording • Comfort with analytics, success metrics, and evidence-based decisions • Willingness to discard ideas when warehouse-floor evidence contradicts them • Customer visits are part of the job
