📋 Description

• Partner with users to troubleshoot, identify bugs, and provide workarounds • Provide Engineers with details on identified bugs to resolve complex issues • Write and develop internal resources, including knowledge base articles and applications • Work closely with customers and global support team members • Become a product expert on the ShipHero platform • Identify and analyze trends to influence Help & Support strategy • Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues and bugs to Engineering • Meet performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction, proper escalations, and a clean ticket queue • Train and provide feedback to less technical team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills • Passion for solving puzzles through persistence and patience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment • Strong prioritization, organizational, and documentation skills • Reliability and ability to work both independently and in a team • Basic understanding of Python and front-end and back-end web development • Intermediate database knowledge, preferably SQL, and ability to build queries • Experience with Honeycomb or equivalent logging tools, GraphQL APIs, and JIRA • 1–2 years of experience delivering assisted support for SaaS products required
