🎯 Requirements
•Minimum of one-year experience as a broker/transportation solutions provider (or similar) with an established customer base •Possess an entrepreneurial mindset for building your book of business •Provide excellent customer service and be an effective communicator •Excel at managing relationships with customers •Savvy at negotiating rates based on market conditions •Naturally motivated and skilled in sales, driven to acquire new customers and carriers •Creative thinker who enjoys a competitive, team-based atmosphere •Strong multi-tasker adept at navigating multiple computer systems •Experience using CRM and TMS systems (McLeod) •Familiar with KPI’s as a measure of performance and accountability •Able to work full-time Monday through Friday •Driven by a high moral and ethical compass
