📋 Description
• Support and manage carrier settings within internal systems, including rate cards, service levels, and routing rules • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve complex technical integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange between our platforms and carrier systems • Work directly with carriers to deeply understand their operations and translate those nuances into clear, actionable technical requirements for our internal teams • Proactively address carrier-related issues and escalations to ensure timely resolution, and manage related Jira tickets • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for carrier integrations and operational processes • Support strong relationships with our carrier partners, fostering open communication and collaborative partnerships
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related experience in a logistics or transportation-based role • Proven experience with parcel and/or final mile carrier operations or transportation management • Strong command and working experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) software • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple technical and operational priorities simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical requirements and manage external carrier relationships
