📋 Description

• Set the multi-year strategy for ML, data, and BI • Build and scale the Data Science / AI, Data Engineering, and BI Engineering organization • Manage managers and tech leads • Run performance management, career development, and retention • Operate as a peer to VP-level leaders across various functions • Own the architecture, deployment, and operation of the production ML

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science, machine learning, or data engineering • at least 5 years in a people-management or technical leadership role • demonstrated experience building or substantially scaling a data, ML, or AI organization • strong working knowledge of the modern ML and data stack • ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, XGBoost) • LLM application development • B2B SaaS, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce experience strongly preferred • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field preferred
