• Take ownership of building and developing the Sales Development team. • Oversee the qualification phase of new customers. • Ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality leads. • Strengthen relationships with potential customers and coach the team to generate conversions. • Analyze and gather current customer requirements using our qualification methodology. • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team on customer needs and market trends. • Represent Shopware at trade fairs and events.
• Initial work experience in a similar field with demonstrable success. • Prior experience in software sales, ideally in the e-commerce sector. • Agile working style with the ability to set up priorities. • Ideally experienced with a CRM system, including creating contacts and leads. • Fluent in Dutch and English, with other languages being a plus.
