📋 Description

• Youse is hiring a Sales Manager (Offline Channel). The Offline Sales Manager is responsible for leading the telesales team, ensuring the achievement of commercial targets, and optimizing processes to convert leads into customers. • Lead and manage the telesales team, set performance goals, and provide coaching and motivation. • Ensure attainment of sales targets and drive improvements in conversion rates. • Develop and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies focused on operational efficiency and quality of service. • Optimize processes to improve customer acquisition and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing sales teams in a call center environment (preferably in the insurance sector). • Strong leadership, motivation, and coaching skills for commercial teams. • Knowledge of sales automation tools and data analysis. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads and retain customers. • Results-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement of commercial processes.
