• Represent the company's interests with customers to establish long-term commercial relationships while respecting the company's values and code of ethics • Know the product portfolio and category using company tools (e.g., platform, commercial reports) to build supporting data and sales arguments • Understand customers, competitors and the market using internal tools, market information and each customer's characteristics to apply our tools in the most appropriate and effective way to generate business • Develop the annual development plan for our brands with each customer, considering commercial assumptions such as volume, mix, margin and price in order to meet established objectives • Prepare commercial proposals based on the developed plan to achieve the planned sales volume • Responsible for managing the customer relationship, ensuring the execution of plans as scheduled • Prepare and maintain an activity schedule with regular client and field visits, together with the merchandising team and using the internal tool (Ontex Sales/Store), in order to analyze performance, identify opportunities and review ongoing actions • Plan and monitor deliveries to resolve/eliminate delivery issues and product returns • Manage investments forecast and approved by the company
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields • Experience in the role is desirable • Knowledge of sales techniques and product portfolio management
