📋 Description

• Advise major French and international organizations on strategic consulting and operational delivery engagements • Assume responsibility for engagements and their teams in collaboration with the management team • Support clients in defining and implementing their cybersecurity strategies • Contribute to risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards • Design security architectures and contribute to data protection • Secure cloud environments and AI systems • Define security strategies and frameworks, and secure new environments and use cases • Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders • Structure and oversee key deliverables and present recommendations to decision-makers • Guide the design, prototyping, deployment, and continuous improvement of solutions • Organize, prioritize, and monitor the team’s work • Supervise junior, mid-level, and senior consultants • Contribute to the development of Sia CyberLab offerings and solutions • Leverage AI to enhance approaches and share methodologies across engagements • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and qualify new opportunities • Lead commercial proposals and responses to calls for tender through the presentation stage • Represent the Business Line at professional events and training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a leading engineering or business school, or a top-tier university • At least four years of experience in cybersecurity or AI • Experience in a consulting firm, technology solutions or services provider, or large corporation • Expertise in at least one of the Business Line’s areas of focus • Ability to balance business objectives, security requirements, and operational constraints • Experience contributing to the development of offerings, solutions, or methodologies • Ability to rigorously analyze complex issues and defend recommendations • Experience managing engagements or projects, coordinating teams, and meeting quality, timeline, and budget commitments • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken • Strong interest in data and AI-related topics • Ability to rapidly build expertise in data and AI topics • Cybersecurity or AI certifications, publications, and speaking engagements at professional events are a plus but not required
