📋 Description

• Implement, migrate, upgrade and improve performance in database environments • Identify and propose automations to resolve operational bottlenecks • Administer high-criticality database environments • Collaborate closely with development teams • Monitor environments and create monitoring mechanisms to maintain system health • Develop and implement infrastructure as code, including automation, deployments and Continuous Delivery • Resolve incidents and perform root-cause analysis to create and execute action plans • Support internal and external audits by explaining database processes and extracting required evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing and administering Oracle databases • Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL is a plus • Experience with at least one public cloud • Mandatory experience with Linux environments • Experience with AIX is desirable • Experience with a DevOps culture is desirable, including automation for provisioning, configuration, version control and database monitoring • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Shell Script or Java
