📋 Description

• Develop robust, scalable front-end applications using React and TypeScript; • Contribute to the continuous evolution of coding standards, best practices and code quality; • Support the technical team in resolving complex problems and driving continuous improvement; • Contribute to the definition of front-end architectures and implementation strategies; • Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions; • Continuously seek technological innovations that can add value to the product and the team; • Support Developer Experience initiatives and improve development workflows; • Collaborate with backend, DevOps and product teams to ensure stable and efficient integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React (Angular is a plus); • Experience with Node.js for backend development; • Familiarity with build and bundling tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.); • Expertise in front-end architecture, componentization and design patterns; • Experience with automated testing (Jest, Vitest, Cypress); • Understanding of CI/CD and integration with continuous delivery pipelines; • Knowledge of performance best practices and accessibility; • Ability to design solutions, and to document code and technical decisions clearly; • Familiarity with hosting and deploying web applications in AWS cloud environments; • Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for development and integration; • Understanding of CDN, caching, observability and monitoring is a plus. • Behavioral skills • Strong sense of collaboration and clear communication within multidisciplinary teams; • Proactivity in identifying and solving technical problems; • Ability to mentor mid-level and junior developers; • Autonomy to make technical decisions within the team context; • Mindset of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. • Core/Foundational skills • Experience in defining and implementing scalable solutions; • Ability to assess and optimize existing architectures; • Knowledge of development best practices, version control and code review; • Strong ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions; • Familiarity with design systems, micro frontends and/or shared componentization.
