📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend code; • Respond to and resolve incidents and issues related to tools; • Administer support tools for IT services; • Configure and parameterize the tools; • Assess and implement improvements to the tools; • Work with backend technologies such as Java/Spring and REST APIs; • Work in an integration context with Jira Software and Jira Service Management; • Contribute to ITIL processes and agile methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of backend software development; • Knowledge of REST APIs; • Knowledge of Java; • Knowledge of SQL; • Knowledge of Spring; • Knowledge of ITSM tools; • Experience with Jira Service Management and Jira Software; • Understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.); • Knowledge of agile methodologies; • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field in progress (currently enrolled).
