âą Work within the assigned territory to meet sales and profit commitments for the Laboratory Diagnostics product division. âą Manage interactions and sales at all levels of customer accounts for the specified target account (executive leadership, procurement managers, laboratory managers, biochemists, medical laboratory technologists, medical directors, etc.). âą Prepare proposals for complex product acquisitions and respond to tenders (including requests for proposals). âą Identify and develop business opportunities for healthcare solutions as part of a cross-functional team. âą Prepare product and solution overviews for CLS and SLS and present them to healthcare leaders. âą Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of the customer database and contract information by keeping the Customer Relationship Management system up to date. âą Work with the Business Development Manager to create and update account plans for key opportunities, as well as regional sales and sales funnel forecasts. âą Maintain a high level of product knowledge, technical expertise, awareness of competitors and the healthcare market, and cultivate a strong level of personal effectiveness. âą Collaborate with various Siemens Healthineers teams, including applications specialists, field service, corporate management, project management, healthcare solutions, finance, and legal.
âą Minimum of a bachelorâs degree with a specialization in health sciences, medical laboratory technology, or a related discipline âą Full professional proficiency in both French and English (bilingual) âą Five years of successful technical sales experience in diagnostics or a related field involving medical instruments or healthcare âą Proven ability to grow market share in a highly competitive market âą Client- and results-oriented motivation and attitude âą Excellent negotiation and risk management skills âą Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills âą Knowledge of hospitals and testing procedures âą Experience in laboratory diagnostics (preferred) âą Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to present technical topics
