• Bilingual: English/French • Proven experience in an administrative or support role within customer service • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools • Minimum diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or technology
