• Lead global portfolio strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for cardiometabolic assays • Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and commercialization initiatives • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable business strategies and product requirements • Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to support new product development and innovation planning • Define differentiated value propositions, positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies • Create global marketing tools, sales enablement materials, and training programs that support commercial success • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders, customers, key opinion leaders, and industry engagements • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, reimbursement trends, and emerging clinical insights to inform portfolio strategy • Collaborate with regional and country organizations to ensure effective localization and execution of global initiatives • Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking aligned with organizational objectives
• 4+ years of marketing and/or product management experience in IVD or core laboratory diagnostics • Proven experience across product definition, NPD support, global launches, and sales enablement • Ability to travel up to 10% globally • Clinical Chemistry or Immunoassay background preferred • MBA or advanced degree preferred • Global or international marketing experience preferred
