⢠Lead end-to-end delivery across Benefits, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility ⢠Drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics ⢠Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely execution across all processes ⢠Own SOPs, internal controls, and audit readiness ⢠Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations, tax rules, and company policies ⢠Partner with Audit, Legal, and Finance on SOX controls and reviews ⢠Proactively identify and mitigate operational risk ⢠Lead and develop a multi-functional operations team ⢠Provide guidance on complex cases and escalations ⢠Drive accountability, ownership, and performance standards ⢠Partner with HRIS/IT on Workday, Dayforce, and system enhancements ⢠Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency ⢠Manage operational calendars and workflows ⢠Oversee reporting, reconciliations, and data accuracy ⢠Partner with Payroll and Finance on accruals, costing, and financial integrity
⢠10+ years in HR/Total Rewards operations ⢠5+ years leadership experience ⢠Experience across multiple Total Rewards functions (not siloed) ⢠Strong background in controls, compliance, and audit (SOX preferred) ⢠Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, or similar) ⢠Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian regulatory environments
