📋 Description
• Provide technical phone support to Siemens Healthineers Urinalysis and Diabetes customers • Monitor personal and group email boxes for customer support • Manage unassigned tickets in product specific queues • Ensure resolution of customer issues • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution • Create technical notes for product support
🎯 Requirements
• 3 to 5 years practical and specialized experience in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology • BS/BA in related discipline preferred • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
