📋 Description

• Lead product for one or more initiatives at Sierra • Understand what our customers want and come up with the right set of features • Work closely with designers and software engineers to take new products from idea to production • Be part of creating our culture as an early employee at a startup

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, startup founder, or similar experience • Experience leading 0->1 products • Experience working directly with customers or clients to understand their needs • Hands on: you don’t just write docs, you get your hands dirty in the codebase and Figma files • Technical: engineering background preferred – e.g. prior experience as a software engineer • Design taste: you know good design when you see it • Analytical ability: you can create unique solutions to hard, ambiguous problems • Scrappy: you know how to find the fastest way to get things done • Very strong written + verbal communicator in English.
