📋 Description

• Organizing product shelving/merchandising according to client specifications • Hiring new employees • Onboarding and training employees • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions • Communicating with staff, customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Ability to work independently • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them • Ability to lead by example and motivate others • Valid driver's license (Category B, formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred • Practical experience in field service and/or people management is a plus
