📋 Description

• Organize product merchandising and stocking in stores according to client specifications • Recruit and hire new employees • Onboard and train staff • Conduct quality checks and initiate corrective actions • Communicate with employees, customers and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training • Career changers welcome • Independent, self-directed work style • Willingness to make decisions and accept responsibility • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills • Driving license Class B (formerly FS3) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable • Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership is a plus
