📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and optimize performance-based advertising campaigns across multiple channels • Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns • Manage and optimize the customer database (HubSpot) • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and collaborations • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows • Regularly analyze key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights • Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in marketing • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads • Expertise in email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign optimization • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions • Native Mandarin • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken) • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
