📋 Description

• Independently manage major national and international projects, focusing on the (BIM) planning of fastening systems for pharmaceutical industrial and building services engineering projects • Prepare specifications and develop the basis for project cost calculations to support Key Account Management • Actively coordinate and communicate with internal and external project stakeholders throughout all project phases • Plan and schedule the technical project workflow in coordination with the relevant departments within an agile team structure • Conduct handovers and maintain and review the 3D specialist model for fastening systems • Organize and monitor work packages, schedules, quality, and costs from planning through completion of the construction phase • Manage the project’s participating modelers • Contribute to developing customer and partner relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree or technician qualification in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for technology-related topics • Excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a results-oriented approach • Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-focused manner, including in an international context • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as part of project delivery and project acquisition activities (approximately 10–15%) • Proficiency in common project management methodologies • Confident user of standard office applications • SAP knowledge is desirable • Very good written and spoken German and English • Professional experience required
