📋 Description

• Solve customers' hardest production problems end to end, including tracing, reproducing, fixing, or escalating issues • Work directly with customers, including joining calls to resolve problems quickly • Diagnose and fix webhook, API, integration, customer-side JavaScript, agent behavior, prompt, configuration, knowledge-base, model, and data issues • Build automation, runbooks, and tools so recurring problems do not happen again • Diagnose LLM workflows and rewrite prompts or adjust setups for reliable real-world performance • Close the feedback loop to Product using structured, metrics-backed patterns from customer issues • Raise the team's ability to resolve issues through documentation, tools, and walkthroughs • Escalate genuine product bugs, infrastructure issues, and outages with clean reproductions • Reduce recurring failure patterns and improve product robustness

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to solve ambiguous customer problems end to end using logs and vague symptoms • Experience working directly with customers and resolving issues live • Experience building automation to prevent recurring problems • Fluency with AI agents and prompts, including LLM workflows, knowledge bases, intent classification, and retrieval • Ability to read and reason through code • Comfort with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express, or ability to ramp quickly • Ability to trace customer-side JavaScript in the browser • Ability to write diagnostic SQL against PostgreSQL • Ability to navigate backend services independently • Fluency with Claude Code or an equivalent AI coding tool • Experience taking ownership of unassigned problems and driving them to resolution • Nice to have: Grafana, Honeycomb, or Sentry observability tooling • Nice to have: internal tooling experience that converted manual work into a system • Ecommerce or DTC exposure is a plus, not a requirement • Willingness to participate in live coding interviews or practice for them if required
