• We are onboarding independent Talent Scouts to expand our ability to source talent beyond traditional channels. • Identify and reach out to high-potential profiles from spaces we don’t normally reach.
🎯 Requirements
• Direct experience in technology (engineering, product, etc.) • Familiarity with startup culture (work, community involvement, or close exposure) • Participates in or leads technical communities • Has privileged access to talent pools (universities, selective groups, events) • Demonstrates strong judgment to evaluate potential, not just experience
