This role reports to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development and works closely with the broader International Sales team to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. • As a key member of the International Sales team, this individual will serve as the senior point of contact responsible for delivery, coordination, and stakeholder management of major international programs. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong leadership, program discipline, and a deep understanding of international defense and government contracting environments. • This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, International Affairs, or related field • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex programs in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors • Proven success managing international customers, foreign government stakeholders, and multi-country deployments • Demonstrated program management acumen, including scheduling, budgeting, and issue resolution • Familiarity with U.S. export controls (e.g., ITAR/EAR) and defense contracting practices • Ability to lead with diplomacy and manage diverse cross-cultural teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive presence • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or team management.
