📋 Description
• Own operational delivery across multiple projects • Support people management for ~10 direct reports • Establish and maintain delivery governance • Serve as an external point of contact for clients • Be available for short-notice travel • Lead continuous improvement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of technical delivery and leadership • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI or equivalent BI tools • Strong client relations skills • Practical understanding of data workflows • Experience with public sector or emergency management work is strongly preferred • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background checks
