📋 Description

• Lead design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from concept to production • Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to AI engineers • Build and optimize LLM-based workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and tools • Implement and follow MLOps best practices for scalable model deployment and monitoring • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions • Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development • Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying ML-powered and AI-driven applications • Solid expertise in Generative AI and LLMs • Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow • Experience with AWS ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, JumpStart • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Excellent communication skills
