• Support a key financial services client at Simmons & Simmons • Engage regularly with the Simmons & Simmons team and client team • Involvement in training and development at the Firm
🎯 Requirements
• 2-6 year PQE lawyer with structured finance expertise • Experience working in structured finance, securitisation, direct lending, and banking • Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines • Excellent organisation skills with prioritisation of workloads • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a wider team • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
