📋 Description

• Lead customer onboarding and professional services engagements. • Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and materials that enhance efficiency and customer experience during onboarding • Drive rapid time-to-value through quality project execution and deliverables that meet Simon's standards for technical excellence • Work with CS, product, and engineering teams to advise them on how Simon will fit into their technology stack • Maintain and manage internal stakeholders in support of fostering a cohesive and compelling customer experience • Take ownership of technical workstreams for various internal and external projects. • Advocate customer business use-cases to product development • Understand and document client scope and integration approaches with exceptional technical clarity, ensuring successful project execution and seamless transition of technical stakeholders as clients move from onboarding to value creation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience; at least 2 of which are in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or SaaS implementation • Experience with complex data models and mapping business needs to technical needs and vice versa • Exceptional technical writing skills with ability to produce clear documentation for technical implementations, integration guides, and customer-facing materials • SQL expertise or similar relevant programming languages • Deep understanding of APIs, web/mobile SDKs, and related technologies • Results-oriented strategic thinker who is able to thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment • Intellectually curious and a problem solver • Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills • Ability to quickly absorb and comprehend the ever-changing landscape of data and marketing technology (prior knowledge a plus) • Ability to work independently to deliver outcomes, and collaborate with and across teams • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Data Analytics or technical a plus)
