📋 Description

• Present one long-form YouTube video per week, roughly four per month, covering a stock, sector, or investing theme • Deliver scripts with natural, conversational pacing, emphasis, emotional beats, hooks, and calls to action • Build audience trust and habit-forming viewership as the recognizable face and voice of the YouTube channel • Interpret editorial scripts through delivery choices including pacing, emphasis, energy, clarity, and personality • Make dense financial material feel conversational and accessible • Film on a predictable weekly cadence to support steady publishing • Collaborate with editorial and video production teams and incorporate feedback quickly • Flag scripts that do not work for delivery before filming • Help develop a recognizable on-camera presence for retail investors on YouTube • Work with the Video Content Lead as the main point of contact

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable and credible talking about stocks, markets, and investing • Familiarity with long-form YouTube conventions, including pacing, structure, and holding attention over 10–15+ minutes • Strong, natural on-camera delivery • Able to sustain focus and energy through a full long-form take or clean segments • Able to take feedback on tone, pacing, and framing and adjust quickly • Own reliable camera, audio, and lighting setup capable of broadcast-quality long-form YouTube output • Reliable weekly filming cadence for a minimum of 6 months • Required application video of 5+ minutes talking to camera • Required explanation of a company recently bought or sold stock in • Bonus: existing on-camera experience in finance, business news, or comparable explainer/commentary format
