📋 Description

• Extract, consolidate, and sanitize large financial datasets from multiple systems monthly • Design, build, and deliver structured, timely, and precise monthly financial reports for APAC • Maintain rigorous data quality controls across reporting cycles • Partner with finance leaders to translate complex raw data into clear, strategic business insights • Optimize report templates and workflows in Microsoft Excel • Develop and maintain visual financial dashboards in Tableau • Identify trends, data anomalies, and process bottlenecks, and propose improvements • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support regional APAC FP&A projects • Collaborate with the global FP&A team to adopt, share, and establish best-practice standards • Deliver on-time monthly reporting with data integrity and optimize reporting flows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields • Typically 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Intelligence • Strong track record of successfully managing and transforming large, complex datasets • Experience owning and delivering structured monthly reporting outputs independently • Advanced spreadsheet modeling, formulas, pivot tables, and data cleansing • Hands-on capability in Tableau for building and interpreting financial dashboards • Highly developed analytical ability to process complex data and identify business trends • Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate figures into business stories • Excellent time management to run monthly operational cycles independently • Prior finance experience in the technology, software, or telecommunications sector is highly advantageous • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or Tableau/Data Analytics certifications are preferred but not essential
