📋 Description

• Act as the point of contact for production support and problem resolution; • Provide technical assistance and support to users and systems; • Monitor and manage systems, ensuring continuity of services; • Collaborate with the technology team to implement improvements and automations; • Document processes and troubleshooting solutions for future reference;

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in production support, working as a Support Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in similar roles; • Strong knowledge of technology environments, operating systems, and IT infrastructure; • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and process automation; • Troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex issues; • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively within a team; • Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring the quality of provided support; • Relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
