📋 Description

• Understand business needs and priorities and communicate them clearly to the team; • Collaborate with teams through workshops and collaborative working sessions; • Monitor product development to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements, respecting agreed timelines and costs; • Refine and prioritize the backlog by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria; • Participate in product reviews and retrospectives with the teams; • Document product definitions and related information according to the proposed information model;

🎯 Requirements

• Understand business needs and priorities and communicate them clearly to the team; • Collaborate with teams through workshops and collaborative working sessions; • Monitor product development to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements, respecting agreed timelines and costs; • Refine and prioritize the backlog by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria; • Participate in product reviews and retrospectives with the teams; • Document product definitions and related information according to the proposed information model; • Knowledge of Confirming and Guarantees concepts is desirable; • Experience in process and information mapping, data dictionary creation, and requirements elicitation; • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively; • Knowledge of the business domain for which the role is being hired; • Product Owner certification; • Sense of urgency and discipline.
