📋 Description

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance • Contribute to technical and architectural decisions with a long-term perspective • Work closely with agile squads to continuously deliver value • Take ownership of deliveries, demonstrating a product‑owner mindset and customer focus

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (8+) and object‑oriented programming (OOP) • Solid understanding of SOLID principles and the application of design patterns • Advanced knowledge of SQL • Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.) • Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle databases • Development of RESTful APIs • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) • Version control with Git • Automated testing practices (TDD, JUnit) • Experience with microservices architecture • Knowledge of the equities market and risk management • Experience with Redis • Understanding of application security (OWASP) • Java or AWS certifications • English level B2 — preferably able to conduct meetings with international stakeholders; at minimum able to read and write occasional messages in English • Ownership mindset, customer focus, high performance, hands‑on attitude, collaborative approach, and long‑term vision
