📋 Description

• Define low- and medium-complexity technical solutions for new products • Map and define dependencies between technical teams required to build the team’s solutions • Support the team with technical and business knowledge to execute activities • Propose and analyze the consequences of parameters and modules configured in the company’s systems • Map the current state of processes and systems with key business stakeholders and identify improvements • Validate implemented medium-complexity requirements before delivery • Analyze requests and adjustments with external vendors and relay them to the development team • Support the gathering of business and software requirements from internal and external users, translating them into system-based solutions • Support the preparation of business requirements, functional requirements, and user story documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of bots • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem • Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud • Named Credentials • Knowledge of external services • Experience with Lightning Pages and record page layouts • Knowledge of objects, fields, roles, profiles, and sharing • Knowledge of automation and processes, including flows and approval processes • Knowledge of REST integrations (HTTP) and @RestResource • Knowledge of asynchronous processing, including future methods, Queueables, Batch Apex, and scheduled jobs • Knowledge of Apex • Knowledge of LWC, Aura Components, and JavaScript • Experience with scratch orgs • Knowledge of Git and GitLab • Ability to resolve merge conflicts • Knowledge and application of clean code, design patterns, and best practices
